General Terms and Conditions for Whole Sale Products.

• Minimum Order Value is USD 1800 ( USD One Thousand Eight Hundred)only. You can identify and inform us in writing the Item Code Numbers and the Quantity you are willing to buy. On hearing from you, we will give you the corresponding prices, generally within next 24 hours.

• All our Prices are Fob Delhi, India.

• Prices are as per our policy and discretion. If any discounts/extra charges etc., they are all incorporated / inclusive in our prices given to you. No discussions / negotiations are entertained on this. 

• Lead Time= Generally 25 Days to 60 days. It depends on Order!

• We can also develop Samples/ Designs given by you. Can also supply products with Your( Buyer’s) Logo. Charges Applicable!

• Samples available only on demand and as per our discretion. Charges Applicable!

• We generally do not keep any Stock of these products. If available will be notified on the website. Please don’t ask!

• Taxes & Import Duties if any in Buyer’s Country are to the buyer’s account. We Will help you by providing the G.S.P. / Certificate from our Chamber of Commerce, whatever available, so that you can claim the discounts / reduction in Duties & Taxes in Your( Buyer’s) Country. 

• All the products are completely Made in India. We are governed by the laws of our Country. No Child Labor is used! 

• The Terms and Conditions mentioned over here are subject to change as per our discretion from time to time without any prior notice. Any other additional Terms and Conditions depending upon the status / requirement of a Buyer may be applicable as per our discretion. Disputes if any are subject to New Delhi, India jurisdiction!

• Minimum Order Value is USD 750 .

• Door Delivery by Express Courier Service, generally between 7 to 15 Days. 

• Price means, price per unit. Freight means, International Courier Charges per unit to your door-step and Total Sale Price is the addition of these two factors. Any additional Taxes or Duties if applicable in the country of the Buyer, are to be paid by the Buyer. 

• Payment to be sent to our Bank by T/T ( Wire Transfer / Direct Transfer ). Payment by any other means like Credit Card , Cheque etc. are Not Accepted ! To make the payment, ask for our Bank Details!

• Utmost care is taken to produce Best Quality and Packing but No Claim / Penalty can be put / imposed on us(Seller) by any party, for any kind of breakage, quality-matters, late delivery or any other problem.

• All of our products on this website are Made In India. Through this website, they are Not Offered For Sale In India. Only introduced in foreign countries. 

• By Ordering , You ( Buyer ) agree to all these Terms and Conditions listed on this page.
